Crazy Mini Racers Privacy Policy

Last updated: 9 October 2026

This policy explains how personal information is handled in connection with Crazy Mini Racers and visits to snowytrain.com. Information used by the game, files on your device, information sent to the studio, and information handled by external providers are described separately below.

1. Who is responsible and how to contact us

SNOW TRAIN COMPANY FOR SOFTWARE, trading as SnowyTrain Studio, is responsible for Crazy Mini Racers and snowytrain.com. In this policy, “we”, “us”, and “the studio” refer to that company.

For privacy questions or requests to access, correct, or delete personal information within our control, contact sales@snowytrain.com. This mailbox is monitored for privacy requests as well as other studio inquiries.

2. Information used by Crazy Mini Racers

Epic account sign-in and social features

The game uses Epic Account Services for sign-in and social features. Its enabled permissions are Basic Profile, Friends List, and Presence. The information covered by Epic’s permission preview includes your Epic account identifier, display name, language, linked-account display names, and blocked-user information, alongside the enabled friends-list and online-status access.

The game uses account and social information to identify players, support sign-in, and provide the associated social features. Information available through a permission depends on Epic’s service and the feature being used. Permission to access a field does not, by itself, mean that the studio keeps a separate stored copy of that field.

Epic handles information within its services under the Epic Games Privacy Policy. This policy describes the studio’s handling of information and does not replace Epic’s policy.

Online rooms and information shared with other players

Online play uses Epic services, and one of the players hosts the room. Depending on the game mode, your player name, selected vehicle, ready status, and match results are shared with the participants, including the host, to display the room’s players, coordinate readiness, and run and present the match.

Choose a player name with that visibility in mind. Room voice chat is disabled in the current game configuration.

Local progress and settings

The game saves progress and settings locally on your device to retain your progress and preferences. These local files are separate from information you send to the studio and information Epic handles through its services.

Crash reports you choose to share

The current crash-report tool creates a report as a local file. The tool does not automatically upload that report; you decide whether to send it. A report may contain device information, identifiers, and diagnostic data. Review its contents before sharing it and avoid including unrelated personal information.

If you send a report to the studio, we receive the report and any accompanying message and use them to investigate and address the reported problem.

3. Website visitors and contact messages

Website delivery and security

The website is hosted through OpenAI Sites and delivered using Cloudflare infrastructure. Loading a page or file sends technical request information, including your IP address, the requested resource, and browser request information, to the delivery infrastructure. This information supports delivering the website, operating the network, and protecting it against unwanted automated traffic.

Cloudflare places a security cookie named __cf_bm on snowytrain.com. It helps Cloudflare assess automated traffic. According to Cloudflare, this cookie expires after 30 minutes of continuous inactivity. This cookie lifetime is separate from the studio’s retention period for support messages.

You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Blocking security cookies may affect access to the website. More information is available in Cloudflare’s cookie documentation and Privacy Policy.

Google Fonts

The website loads fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser contacts Google’s font servers to obtain them, which sends your IP address and the request information needed to return the font files. For Google’s privacy information, see the Google Privacy Policy.

Contact form and email

The website’s contact form prepares a message in your email application using the name, email address, topic, and message you enter. The form itself does not upload those fields to a website form-processing endpoint. You decide whether to send the prepared email.

If you send us an email, we receive its sender details, contents, and any attachments. We use this information to respond to inquiries, provide support, investigate reported issues, or handle privacy requests. Incoming email for snowytrain.com is routed through Google’s mail servers. Your email provider and the services handling delivery process the message and related delivery information.

Links to other services

The website includes links to community and social services. When you follow a link, the destination service handles your activity under its own privacy practices.

4. Who receives information

  • The studio: messages, reports, and other information you choose to send for inquiries, support, or privacy requests.
  • Epic Games: information processed through Epic account and online services used by the game.
  • Room hosts and participants: the player name, selected vehicle, ready status, and match results shared for the relevant game mode.
  • Website providers: OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare for website hosting and delivery, and Google for requested fonts.
  • Email providers: information needed to transmit and handle messages and attachments you send, including Google’s incoming mail infrastructure for our domain.

These recipients do not all receive the same information. For example, loading a website font is separate from signing into the game, and a locally exported crash report is not sent to the studio unless you choose to share it.

5. Storage and retention

Local player files. Progress, settings, and exported crash reports are stored on your device. You can manage those local copies. Deleting progress or settings may remove your saved progress or preferences. Deleting a local file does not delete a copy you previously sent to someone else.

Support messages and reports received by the studio. We keep these while addressing the issue and delete them within 90 days after the issue is closed. This period applies to the copies held by the studio. It is not a retention period for files on your device, Epic’s records, or independent records maintained by service providers.

Provider-managed information. Epic account information, website infrastructure records, email delivery records, and browser cookies are subject to the relevant service’s handling and retention arrangements. The studio’s 90-day support rule does not set or change those providers’ retention periods. Copies of support messages held in the studio’s own mailbox remain subject to the studio’s rule.

Providers operate their own infrastructure, so information they process may be handled in more than one country. This policy does not represent that all processing or storage takes place in a single country. Refer to the relevant provider’s terms and privacy information for its arrangements.

6. Access, correction, and deletion

Email sales@snowytrain.com to ask about, access, correct, or request deletion of personal information under the studio’s control. Describe your request and provide enough information to identify the relevant message, report, or interaction. Do not send your account password.

We may ask for additional information reasonably needed to verify your identity or your authority to act for another person before disclosing or deleting information. We will handle requests in accordance with applicable law. The rights available and any applicable limits depend on the law and the information involved.

A request to the studio does not itself remove files from your device or delete an Epic account or Epic’s records. For information controlled by Epic, use the contact and privacy-choice channels in the Epic Games Privacy Policy.

7. Children and younger players

Crazy Mini Racers is intended for a general audience, including adults and younger players, and is not designed primarily for children under 13. This statement does not establish a minimum age for playing the game.

A parent or guardian with a concern about a child’s personal information shared with the studio can contact sales@snowytrain.com to ask about that information or request its deletion. We will review the request and handle information under our control in accordance with applicable law.

Epic’s handling of younger users’ accounts and information is described in its own privacy information. Questions or requests concerning an Epic account must be handled through Epic’s channels.

8. Changes to this policy

We will publish updates at https://snowytrain.com/privacy and revise the “Last updated” date. Where applicable law requires additional notice or consent for a change, we will follow those requirements.
